This private residence is a project we’ve been working on with Carter Group, LLC. It’s an art gallery/residence fusion. Located near Hume Fogg, the view they’ve got is unbeatable.
Our scope on this residence includes a lighting package for the entire residence, located above the art gallery. Our interior work includes the relocation of a variety of can lights throughout, as well as some demo work. On top of the residence, the owners are adding a rooftop deck, to which we will install numerous ceiling fixtures, pole switches, wall wash fixtures, and GFI receptacles in the outdoor kitchen space.
